BE SURE AND DISCONNECT VOICE MAIL BEFORE FOLLOWING DEBUG PROCEEDURE.

we took over service of a system that was serviced by another vendor. Our tech had to debug the password and follwed the FAQ proceedure. Unknown to him at the time the COS of voicemail boxes was set to purge mail after 30 days. When he reset the date to Feb 1/91 all messages in the voice mail were deleted.

SO BE SURE AND DISCONNECT VOICE MAIL BEFORE DEBUGGING AND RESTORE DATE BEFORE RECONNECTING
