How can I replicate in WIN2K (copy and paste with another name) a group policy without typing it another time, but modifying the needed part(s)?

By spending lots of money on Fazam 2000 :-(

Third party tool is the only way to do this at the moment.
Annoying isn't it !!

I think the reduced functionality version might be able to do this though
