Try first to change the adc to ADC=010000001. I assume you are using ISDN to call/receive calls? if yes, which route(s)? If you don't know, check from roddp the external dialled number (or maybe you are using LCR). Your ISDN parameters are really from old times. Note that the SP has definitely changed everything since 2005 or earlier....

answer the question: Which number you are dialing to get external line? 0 or something else? Did you change the ADC of the extension and test with the same one? Do you have a documentation of MD110?

for external line i am dialing 0 then destination number. and i am not have complete documentation of MD110. if is there please share document it's helpful for me.

To change the rodap parameters is a tricky one: You have to remove all trunks from the route (10 in this case), then run rodai. After that initiate back the trunks. If there is traffic on the lines, no removal of the trunk(s) is possible without additional commands, so this has to be done during low (or none) traffic. Depending of your country, there are some differences in the settings, so where are you (or actually the PBX)? The documentation - use IE or Firefox or similar and start searching, it is there....
