Dear Sirs
One of my customers has this problem:
At our main location, we have an MFIM 300 is connected with PRI. Now we have added a MFIM 50b on another location, which is connected to the MFIM 300 via networking (over license, the MFIM 300 is master); incoming + outgoing calls for this location/Station-numbers were routed over the MFIM 300; also the trunks for the Mfim 50b location comes over the Mfim 300 via dialing a transit code; all this seams to work o.k., but we struggle with the following problem:
- At the Mfim50b location the stations failed with programming a Divertion to extern (mobile e.g. )
- At the Mfim300 test stations can make divertion to extern, but failed with transfer of the right number.
I will check for software level etc.
My guess is that these issues deal with access rights for external diversions.
