dear sirs
for people who are thinking in launching the internet web pages design @ their company, what are the right things to be taken into consideration.
like "for example" what is the best software to work in, what should the maximum size of your web page, to host lacal or internatioal
and things like that, in breif how to start and where to go?

In my own company and my previous employment we standardised on 800x600 and High (16-bit color). This decision was made as most people have decent monitors that can cope with this spec.
I standradised on Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshop, and Visual Interdev. Dreamweaver and fireworks work great together and you get stunning results. Photoshop gives better image manipulation power, and Interdev is really great for developing ASPs.
I'm sure a lot of people would disagree with me but this is just my own personal choices.
