DEar Sir
I have a txn table
I have three fields subscription, loanint, penalint
As per MSaccess all the above fields are not required.
When create a crystal report to verify the fields all these fields show the view in the preview form.
But when a selection formula is used for a particular
date the retrival of data was 0 for loanint and penalint
fields when subscription amount is 0.When subscription amount has value the value for loanint and penal int
is retrieved.I hope i am clear.
bye
and happy deepavali (for Indians wherever they are)

Are you sure that Subscription amount is zero and not NULL.

If NULL and you are performing some action on subscription eg formula then it will ignore those records.

Try going into File - report options and checking the box Convert NULL field value to default, and run report again.

Regards

Ian
