Dear sir,

Good Afternoon

I have facing problem while working with Microsoft word 2000 Proffessional.The Operating system is Windows Xp and when i use Write the letter started from DEAR SIR AND COMMA
Immediately the os gives a error the MICROSOFT WORD IS ENCOUNTERD THE PROBLEM U NEED TO CLOSE THE WORD NOW.Kindly tell me where is the problem is it related to word or windows xp.

Probably Word is at fault. You might try inserting the Office CD and choose Repair.
