Dear expert,

My customer wants to use the EDGE browser or Chrome to access the Contract Recorder Ver.9.1.8 since they can use the IE.11 to browse the Contract Recorder.

Any suggestions?

My customer tried to use the Fire Fox but still not showing the wave record to play.

Is there any setup I need?

You can use with Internet Explorer and Firefox ESR (Extended Support Release). Install java too.

It will not work with Firefox and Chrome.
