CDR is a rather complicated and involved topic on the 4000. Unfortunately there are no simple answers. You can try going to the FAQ in this forum for information on how to access Tonido. From there you can get access to a variety of documentation. I am not sure if the CDR document is posted there or not, but it's worth a look!

Hi,
Check the following
1) Is CLIP working properly on incoming calls on TMANI trunks
2) Is CDR of incoming calls from other trunks working
If CLIP is working then check whether ICZL and ICZO parameters added in the COT of the TMANI trunks.
If CDR is not working in any of the trunk then check your SELG. You should have a SELG for incoming calls. Also proper FTBL also should be defined.
