Dear All,

I have 2 VAL Cards & existing announcements on it are working fine. But now i am not able to do the following on both VAL Cards:

1) Able to login to VAL card through FTP.
2) Not able to upload new announcements, when i tried the same getting
following error: "Cannot create file or Permission denied".
3) Not able to record announcements through Phone using feature access
code, when i tried same getting busy tone & on trace showing
Announcement unavailable.
4) Able to login through FTP & when i say command "ls", i do get following
error,
"ftp> ls
425 Can't build data connection"

The above 1-4 issues i m getting the same on both boards. So please let me know anyone have any idea where the things gone wrong.

unplug your valboard, plug it back in. try again.
If this did not resolve your issue, do reset 4 on CM.
