Dear all,
I am facing an issue. I just installed the Avaya IPO500V2 (7.0.35) in one of the customer promise. The number series is 1XX. There are two auto attend AA1 and AA2. The incoming call route destination is AA1. In AA1, 1 for credit department, 2 for purchase department and 3 for AA2. In AA2, 1 direct dialing (means, when calling from outside the caller need press 31XX to get the extension directly). The problem is that, if we call from mobile the caller can call the extension directly. But if it is land phone we are getting a message that “invalid entry”.
Please help me to solve this issue.
