We have been experiencing the “Delayed write failed” error message described in MS Knowledge base article 321733. We performed the workaround by changing the registry key enablesecuritysignature located at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Services\lanmanserver\parameters to “0”
This seemed to work for quite some time. However, lately the error message has come up again. We checked the registry setting and found the setting had reverted to its old value of “1”. We have tried several times in the last week to change the setting back to “0” but have encountered the same reversion problem.
Has anyone seen something registry settings change back to old settings before?
Any assistance will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Bryan
