hi all,
when we are dealing with "clock scan 1 day ago 00:00:00" in TCL this partucular chunk give an hour off..i.e..it is off by one hour..and when ever we are hitting that particular date..i.e. this time april 6th(daylight savings day) it gives an hour off..i.e..even today if u test for example "clock scan 30 days ago 00:00:00"...this particular unix time is an hour off..is there any solution for this..thaks in advance..

Yes, this behavior is documented in the clock reference page ( as is the only "work-around" as such:

Daylight savings time correction is applied only when the relative time is specified in units of days or more, ie, days, weeks, fortnights, months or years. This means that when crossing the daylight savings time boundary, different results will be given for clock scan "1 day" and clock scan "24 hours":

[tt]% [ignore]clock scan "1 day" -base [clock scan 1999-10-31][/ignore]
941443200
% [ignore]clock scan "24 hours" -base [clock scan 1999-10-31][/ignore]
941439600
