Dead Server 2K

HI everyone,
I had two servers. One running Server2k and one server 2008( I added this server later so the functional label was set to 2K). Well the Server 2k Die. So now I have Server 2008 as GC and a Ghost DC.
I been trying to removed the DC server 2K but since is no available it is not letting me..
Since then i got another server 2012 that I would like to make a DC but it wont let me since it was me to remove the old server.
Does anyone have any Idea of How can I accomplish this task.
