Dead security dongle

I have a security dongle on my callpilot that is dead. What would be the easiest way to get a replacement and get the license moved over. Just as an FYI.. I unplugged it from usb0 and plugged it into another usb port on the callpilot. The callpilot did not see the dongle. I tried it in a different computer, (normal desktop), with no recognition. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Call your vender and have them order a replacement dongle with the correct serial number and keycodes.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!
