Dead IP 400 Digital Station

I've got a partially dead IP 400 - when you power it up, the yellow & green LEDs on ports 17 - 30 turn on and remain on. The LEDs for 1-16 remain dark. The Status LED turns on Red.

I read elsewhere in the forum about using the AT-X2 and AT-X3 commands through the DTE port. Will those work on the IP 400 as well?

You may need to use AT-X to erase the firmware from the box, it should then try to download the bin file from the manager in the normal way when the system is rebooted
