I have no idea how this happened, but I connected my original Dell Power Supply, wired it a little differently, and everything works now. Weird.
 
I have read somewhere where Dell changes the polarity on 2 wires coming out of the PSU?
Must be true!!
 
I don't know.... I just basically tried it as a last ditch effort and only the one set of wires coming out is used, I disconnected the floppy. Weird.
 
Floppy power connectors are very easy to plug one pin off leading to crowbar shutdown. This on 3" floppies. Ed Fair
