BCM400
Original Problem: Would not power on. Replaced the power supply and now the telephony inbound/outbound calls work, but Voicemails, Call Center, etc., do not function.
Thought the problem was a bad hard drive. Got a replacement hard drive from Avaya and it acts the exact same way. The lights on the front of the BCM are all blinking green. Other than the first LED and last two LEDs.
Tried to connect to the BCM with a null modem cable, but HyperTerminal did not communicate with it using the settings recommended in the BCM400 Maintenance guide (9600, 8, N, 1, hardware). If it is the motherboard, we wouldn't get a reading from HyperTerminal, correct?
We can provide more details as needed, but let's just start with this.
Thanks all in advance!
