Dead Air

I have a user reporting when she calls another office using the 4-digit extension she gets dead air. Both locations are on the Call Manager. User can make local and long distance and receive calls. User can also dial other locations connected to the Call manager. Any ideas where to look in CM for a cause?
 
This is an ip routing issue between the two sites. Can you ping the remote phone from the other site and vice versa?
 
thanks. this was a routing issue as you indicated. the site in question did not know how to get to the remote site since we converted the remote site to an MPLS network from a frame relay. the appropriate routes were added and we're good.
