Hi folks!
I've just installed an IP403 with VoicemailPro for a client and we've noticed that when you call the auto attendant and select an option, you get a message saying "Please hold while we try to connect you". This is followed by dead air. At this point, I'd like to have the customer hear some ringing or even hold music, just to let them know that they are still connected. Some clients have hung up, thinking that the call has been dropped.
Is this the nature of the beast? I'd appreciate any insight that anyone can offer.
Thanks in advance!
