Dead air in voice mails after hangup (Nortel Compact Plus)

Non-profit client with Nortel Compact Plus w/ CISC/SIP v6.1 snd StarTalk Flash.

A NT7B75GA-93 card was just replaced with a NT7B69AAAC to add caller ID.

Since this, users report (which was confirmed) ~20-30 seconds of dead air after a voice mail call hangs up.

Any advice? Thank you.
 
NT7B75GA-93 and NT7B69AAAC are (some of) the part numbers for LS/DS trunk cartridges. These cartridges don't support Caller ID.
NT5B41GA-93 and NT7B75AAAA are (some of) the part numbers for CI trunk cartridges. These cartridges support Caller ID.
