Can some one please help me in the following issue and tell me where and how to make any change ?
We have AACC, Call Pilot, CS1000 in our environment.

Our queue is busier now that I am down a few people. Clients are complaining they are on hold for a long time.
One thing I notice when verifying is there is dead air when on hold. There is no music or prompts to indicate potential wait time or thank you for holding messages.
Can we:
Have the time prompt?
Hold for a certain period and then forward to voice mail?
What other options might be available?
