Deactivate priority calling

Hello, I don´t know why priority calling is active in some stations randomly I set priority calling in COS group but feature is not deactivated. Does anybody have an Idea where I can start searching?

Vip caller in the cos I believe makes all cals priority by default without invoking the feature code. Maybe a cos with priority no, but Vip, makes em all priority anyway.
