De-code this weird Undeliverable Email error

One of my end users was sending an email to one of our clients and started receiving the undeliverable error message below... I called the clients IT dept and they said they are receiving all our emails just fine... so I did some checking and cant figure out why their email server would produce such a message...

any ideas? I believe this is generated by the 3rd party email scanner the client uses...
