I hav a system that currently goes to the auto attendant.

IE - No Non Dial-in trunk Answer Point set.

Sales want the main number to come stright into a multiline key.

When I do this I loose my DDI's

Is that correct?

Tim

You do not define Non-Dial in[/] answer points for Dial in trunks

The main number translates to a dialable number on the system. Said Dial in number is routed to the auto-attendant.

You need to modify the routing.
