Morning All,

I have just been made aware that none of our DDIs assigned to user's extensions are going to voicemail when not answered/busy. I thought it would have just picked up the settings from the extension but obviously I was wrong in thinking that!

Setup is:
Mitel 3300
DDI Sys Speed Calls pointed at an extension, for example speedcall 7327 -> extension 1039

Could someone point me in the right direction for configuring the voicemail please?

Cheers,
Chris

What happens on internal calls? Do they go to voicemai i.e if you call 1039 when busy internally does it go to VM?

What do you get when you call the DDI? Ring no answer or do you hear a something from the voicemail that is not the users mailbox greeting?

How are you sending calls to the voicemail? Forwarding, rerouting?

Is this a new system or has the reouting to voicemail recently stopped working?

What is the system type?

What is the software level?

What is the voicemail?

How have you numbered the mailboxes i.e do the mailbox numbers match the DDI number ( 7327 ) or the extension number ( 1039 )? Hint they need to match the extension number.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.
