Depends on the carrier. In general, no carrier will allow you to present a number that you doesn't terminate on that circuit. Special arrangements that wil allow this are possible

Only got asked the question by a company MD, don't know the carrier but told him if both numbers where on a VOIP line then this could be possible
2nd it is available from BT in the UK but you have to sign various documents to confirm you will only send legitimate numbers & not do anything naughty
