Hi Again,

Does anyone know where I can find the log files that indicate what numbers are being dialed by external people?

I have this ext which when dialed works fine, unless the full DDI number is dialed in which case it says "The number you have dialed is not recognised" in our providers voice.

The number used to forward to a 3rd party company. This is no longer the case and the forward was deleted and the extension was set up with a voicemail

I want to see if calls to the DDI number are actually reaching our 3300. I am thinking that maybe the provider has a forward set up too

Nevermind. Seems it was an issue with the provider
