Hello, a customer has reported a problem with their DDI's. When they dial out from their extension, the recieving caller get's the user's DDI which is correct. This works for national and mobile calls. However, when they dial an international or mobile number which is abroad, the number the recieving caller gets is the main switchboard number. Does anyone know a way of changing this so every time a user dials out they just send their own personal DDI?

Sounds like a telco problem. You're obviously sending your CLI for national calls so unless you have a different Short Code that changes this then it must be a telco problem.

You can run a Monitor trace for ISDN layers 2 & 3 you will see your Calling Party Number field. If you see the DDI then you have done everything correctly.

Depending on what country you're in, the internation exchange may only forward the bearer number. Run the trace, if you see the DDI number then call your telco and find out what's going on. As I said, it may just work that way and may not be able to do anything about it.

Also check your lcr AND shortcodes to see if international calls are handled differently.
