i have added (EXAMPLE : 6666-666 ) 6666 as DDI plan and from call distribution i made user to 666. but it doesnt work?
DO i need to CLIP based routing?
You have to know what your provider is sending...eg. xx 6666-666...after that either create DDI xx 6666 666 or in trunk groups (i think) define how many digits you want to cut (eg 2) and then create 6666 666. Also, when adding DDI there is an option to check format of incoming DDI - start wizard and make test call - A470 will report what is received from ISDN
Hmmm....not agreed...Mx-One came from Ericsson (MD-110 evolution) - then Aastra bought whole PBX business from them - then Aastra - Mitel "merged" and that how become Mitel..
A470 (MiVoice 470 now) evolved from Aastra Intelligate series and nothing to do with Ericsson (it was actually Ascotel original development....)
Agreed! - but you have to accept that they are targeting different customers - 470 system - up to 1200 users where MX-One - somewhere around 500 000 users (theoretical)... Working on all that systems (A470, Mx-One, 3300...) - A470 for me is a clear winner but how will look like final solution (crossover between A470 and 3300) - time will tell...
