DDI Calls default the ATN after 12 rings

Hi,

I have an option 11C rlse 24 which has pretty standard ring no answer treatment in the cust data block.
MPO_data
RGNA STD STD
AOCS DIS ATN
RCY 1 06
RCY 2 12

The issue is, they dont want the Attendant to get the calls at all. So I've tried removing the ATN in the AOCS replacing it with DIS, changing the RGNA to DIS. However the calls STILL default to attendant. The phone itself has NO forwarding treatment & a class of service of FBD. So I cannot fathom why calls are still routing to the Attendant. The DDI numbers rang are all valid. I even increased the RCY2 timer assuming to time to go to the attendant would lenghten but it does not.

Any ideas anyone ?

p.s. When I've resolved this tecky bit I'll tackle why the users don't answer the phones in the first place.

 
So you're sure that the ddi rings on the extn before going to the Attn & that the CLS is FBD HBTD FND HTD. The reason I ask that the ddi rings on the extn is that unassigned ddi will fail to the Attn, depending on your MPO settings.

Yes valid DDI numbers. I'm researching this for all extns. Most of which have hunt & forward treatment. However when i found a lot of these were eventually going to the attendant after the MPO timers kicked in I started testing with sets with NO treatment at all. Like you ask ,
no FBD HBTD FND HTD.
I changed the MPO settings from for external calls (the second setting in each of RGNA & AOCS)to AAR expecting the calls to re-ring after RCY2 cycle has expired to the cycle set in RCY1. However the test showed no extra ring time, before going to the attendant. I then changed the setting to DIS to see if the calls discionnected after RCY2 cycle & they still go to the attendant & not disconnect.
