DDI and Private Trunk

Can i use DDI on a private TRUNK?
I have 2 pbx tda200 linked by a private trunk(isdn pri30) and i send a modified number from one to the other and here the number is asigned in the ddi table to a extension but i doesent work.

have you tried to point ddi on the first system directly at an ext on the second system??

Yes .
If i set on the DDI of the first system the extension from the second it works , but in the second system i want to install a Multitech FaxFinder to receive faxes routed by DDI number.
I cant do the routing in the first system because it does'nt accept to define in an incoming group the extension from another pbx.

point ddi at dummy ext and forward all to a icd group FDN....

Ok. This is a solution, but i am intrigued why on this trunk i can't have DDI.
On the first system i have another private trunk with a cisco router and a public trunk with a telecom provider and i have DDI from both trunks.

can't answer that one unless I had it set up the way you do
and I don't and we do not receive did from anything but isdn
