ddhelp message in Win95

When I run any mpg files on my Windows 95 machine, I get an ddhelp error message dialog box and I need to end tesk. I have upgraded IE5.0 to IE5.5. I get the message in both Windows Media Player and Real Player.
Does anyone know what I can do to resolve this problem?
