DDE integration for CCA30 ?

Hi

Does anyone have technical documentation about how to perform e.g. pop-up of casefile from e.g. ARS Remedy based on A-number of calling party ?
In CCA there is DDE integration . Can this used , if yes , can anyone send me the documentation ?
Are there other ways to perform this ?

DDE in CCA is a licenced option. You require one licence for each CCA client using DDE.

The CCA technical guide is located on the installation CD's, this details how to use DDE.
