Hi i am looking for a list of word/excel command that can be used in dde commands

Looking for the likes of and the explanation that goes with it for commands like:

= DDEEXECUTExchannel, '[MailMergeOpenDataSource "&tmp_file"]')
= DDEEXECUTE(xchannel, '[MailMergeToDoc]')

I know what these commands do (the above ones) but am interested in more commands like these in order to create greater control over word of excel from within foxpro.

And yes i am still stuck with fpw due to legacy work
