DDC Call Routing- Wont allow Group type into Hunt Group

Howdy,

Running CM 5.2

I am trying to change an existing hunt group from group type UCD-LOA to DDC, but when attempting, ASA is telling me that "SKILL HUNT GROUPS CANNONT HAVE GROUP TYPE DDC"

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

just answer no to the skill tab on page 2 of the hunt group

In doing that, do the users even need agent ID's anymore since the hunt group is now asking to enter the extensions?

not in this mode, just use their extension number
