DCS Prostar Cadence Voicemail Admin Lockout- Passcode/Factory Default Reset?

Greetings.

The owner of a Samsung DCS Prostar system had already purchased a used replacement Cadence VM8A Voicemail Card that was decommissioned that wasn't refurbished to factory specs so it was sold to them as-is with the old company's configuration, admin passcode, etc.

1. I need to know how to either reset the admin passcode for it (Default passcode does not work) to access the admin menu to reconfigure, or to reset the entire voicemail card to factory default to start clean. I do not have PC/Terminal access to the it at the moment, but could if I had to and wasn't able to resolve the issue via DTMF programming. There is only KMMC admin access to the DCS unit at the moment. Additionally, there was never a backup made of the default nor customized config database of the original voicemail card they had before it failed.

2. For PC access, where can I get a copy of the Cadence Maintenance Utility (CMU) app for backups and restore? The used replacement card didn't come with it.

3. Where can I get a copy of the factory default config database for it as well? I've looked around online but have not been successful.

Any help would be appreciated.
