I have a DCS+ network using ISDN and i'm trying to get path replacement to work. It works (at least it seams to) when I do call forwarding, but whenever I try to get it to replace the path when doing voicemail its always tieing up 2 trunks..

I've read the networking guide, dcs sup service E is in use, the SBA held at principal is turned off... TSC's are up and active..

Any other ideas??

FYI these are IP trunks too.

Thanks

These switches are r9.5.. Does r9.5 not support reroute on IP trunks??

I have the exact same setup on CM 1.3 systems and it works fine..

Thoughts?

Did you get this working, if you did what did you need to setup?

We set up the Qsig Path Replacement Extension, on the trunk group we have Better-route selected and it is setup as Protocol B, on the second page of the Trunk Group do we need the NCA-TCA Trunk member defined?

Thank you,

We had a similiar problem. It ended up that the "Data restiction" field on the analog ports to the Intuity had to be set to No.
