.dcr fails in 2003 LAN

I have a problem with a .DCR file that was once playing, and is now not playing. I changed nothing in the code.
I just moved the application from 2000 Server to 2003 Server. What happens is that the Macromedia Shockwave place holder displays, but nothing else
