Hi all,

I am trying to print documents to DCPS printers (HP lasers) that I just created. How do I tell the printers that I want to print landscape (or back to portrait), using a specific font?

I tried adding an existing library of PCL codes to the DCPS_LIB logical, but that doesn't work (perhaps because they need to be PS codes?). I'm not sure I want to create a postscript library, myself. I'm hoping that there is already one available (perhaps DCPS$DEVCTL?) and that I just need to know the names of the forms. Or perhaps I can send esc sequences some other way.

Basically, I just need to know what I need to do to allow me to print to these network printers with some control over them.

Thanks,
Craig

Craig,

Try the following:

$ PRINT/Parameter=(Page_orientation=landscape) filename

See $ HELP PRINT_Parameters for more help.
