DCOM Problems

I have a 3rd party piece of accounting netwotk version software running on an NT Server, which when you try and exicute produces the following error in the Event Log:

Unable to start a DCOM Server: {8D6ED2EF-3553-11D4-8567-00C0DFAE5D24} as
(DOMAIN NAME)/Administrator. The error:
"Access is denied. "
Happened while starting this command:
D:\Company Shared Folders\Exordia\Job Costing 2.1.63\ExjceSvr2063.exe

Has anyone got any idea of how I can fix this problem as it is driving me round the bend and I am unable to run the software.

It sounds like the application is designed for Windows95.
