I have noticed that everyday when I start my laptop at work, it seems to take a good 15 minutes before I can click on any icon and have it respond.I checked for spyware, viruses and have all my XP Updates. I am running Windows XP sp2. I have looked through a lot of these forums and have not seen any answers. The event viewer shows this: "DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. " attempting to start the service MDM with arguments "" in order to run the server:"

Any clues??
Thanks
