DCOM Error "Logon Failure"

My event viewer indicates a DCOM error &quot;Logon Failure:unknown username or password&quot; and was unable to logon <domainname>\emanager in order to run the server.

I tried resetting the password for emanager but it didn't help. I didn't use the same password, could that be the problem?
