D'com a Cisco CM unit

Hi we're just about to remove an older Cisco CM system (System version: 6.1.2.1000-13) and wondered if there is a easy way to do it, without loosing all the licensing info? Simply put we want to loose all the config and call records, but keep some of it's resale value (software).
