Hi it is 61 c release 4.5, i am getting following error continuously on my maintenance terminal

% DCH: 10 DISABLED RING (RING NOT OPER)
some time it automatically stops and some time i have to reset PBX.
Loop 10/11 are PRI loop. we have connected two new PRI to that card, sometime ti also pops out DCH 11 error.
Please also note that both CC cables are connected to same PRI card and PREF is set to 10 and SREF set to 11 in LD 73, SYTI data.
LD 73
CC0 PREF = 10
CC0 PREF = 11
CC1 PREF = 10
CC1 PREF = 11
can some body help how to remove that error. I already tried cold reset of card (disabling MSDL and then FDL, also tried unplugung card)
Regards

I've found a reference to this below that might be a clue?

Problem
DCH: 132 DISABLED RING (INVALID SKID)
DCH: 132 DISABLED RING (INVALID SKID)

Fix
First the technical answer.
This problem is caused by the XPRI loadware using socket 5
to auto-enable the Layer 1 loadware application. The
software does not know about this socket so the error is
printed.

Now the laymans version. The firmware has got itself all confused. If it happens again change the MSDL.
