Can anyone help me with this? When I stat the loop it shows that the card is enabled but the channels are showing mbusy. And the dch throws up this rls wrong mode message. How do I make the channels idle?

is this new? IFC match on each end, find out the other end. (SL1, D100, D250, ess4, ess5, etc)

No its not new. the other end is SL1. I was having problems with the ssc card on the other side but I thought I had them fixed. Is that the issue?
