DCH Release Message

Dears,

Please advice as sometimes when i try to make outbound calls , call is rejected and Message with "Cause #31: Normal unspecified" is returned by PBX DCH.

Can anyone clarify this message meaning?

the clue may be on the far end.. is the rejected by the same far end switch and can you repeat the problem. normal 31 call rejection can be a switch that will not accept a casual call ie no call type, no clid.. if i set the option on my home phone to reject calls that do not include the clid.. you will get a 31 any time you call with out sending a number.. either include a clid or you may be able to use ld 86 to change call type.

if yo can not duplicate the problem, 1st call goes through, nect call to the same station leaving on the SAME dch goes through.. you may need to redownload that msdl or look for a patch
