DCH Message Monitoring failure

I receiently changed a DMS100 trunk into a QSIG trunk and would like to monitor it. I've enabled msgi/o on the DCH but received the following error.

MESSAGE MONITORING TURNED OFF TEMPORARILY
(SYSTEM SHORT ON CALL REGISTERS)

I can monitor other DCH channels just fine.

Can't find anything except this link on the internet.
Any help on the language? or a converter tool...

As write in this link in Russian, you can change NCR value in LD 17 PARM block. Increase it upto 1000 for Option 11 or upto 5000 for Opt61/81

Here's my current config, on an 81 w/ ~4000 TN's and 25 trunks.

NCR 15000
MGCR NULL
CSQI 255
CSQO 255

Your NCR are very high and might not produced that kind of message. I guess most of NCR were freezed when your message came, for any reason.

In most of these cases, patches are not up to date...
