DCH failure loops idle RECV FAIL (**2) AUDIT

Dear all,
ive got a misbehaving dch showing idle loops but the dch status itself is dsbled and rst
when i disl and enll the loop i get

dch012 recv (**2) Audit

msdl is enabled clocks are working fine showing all green on the card but the dch no way. HELP!!!!!

What do you see when you stat the MSDL card? ie (stat msdl 6) or what ever your number is..
How many other ports are being used?
Are you able to reseat the msdl and force download the dch?

when i stat the msdl i get
DCH 12 MSDL ENBL

i disable using dis msdl 12 all
it then shows
DCH 12 MSDL MAN:DSBL

and i renable enl msdl 12 all

i havent used fdl
