DCH Configuration

I have 2 PRIs coming in to my hospital (CSE 1K SG). We used to have 3 T1s, so they were designed with a Primary and Backup DCH. We have since elliminated on of the T1s. Which is the better DCH configuration now - Primary / Backup, or 1-to-1 DCH to PRI?

Better to have a 1 for 1 configuration for Redundancy. Especially for a Hospital.
